We start with a short paid audit (typically 5–10 days) covering code quality, infra, and risk. You get a written report and a recommendation: continue, refactor, or rebuild. No commitment to continue after the audit.
We sign your NDA, work in repos and infra you control, and never reuse client code. All credentials and access transfer back to you on completion.
Most focused engagements ship in 4–10 weeks. Smaller sprints (audits, integrations, prototypes) run 1–2 weeks. We give you a milestone-based timeline before kickoff so you can plan around it.
